The series aims to humanize often stigmatized topics, showing that mental health is not just a collection of symptoms but an essential part of the human experience that deserves attention and understanding.Each episode tells a different story, providing a deeper understanding of what it means to deal with long-term mental health issues and how people can seek help. Through sincere and touching accounts, viewers will follow the journey of overcoming various conditions, learning about the daily challenges faced by the protagonists and the different paths that can be taken towards treatment and recovery. The series not only highlights the difficulties but also the victories, however small, that help illuminate the journey toward a more balanced life.Over the course of the 10 episodes, the series will cover a wide range of topics, including anxiety, depression, domestic violence, obsessive disorders, anorexia nervosa, bipolarity, burnout, and more.Each episode will serve as a window into an individual's inner world, showcasing their daily struggles, moments of despair, and, above all, the steps taken toward healing.
